INACTIVE: Equity Member 2026 Season Waiver (no previous waivers)

If you choose not to use the pool for the 2026 season, you must pay the Equity Member waiver and your account will be inactive for the season. There is a 3-season waiver limit for Equity Members. Failure to register to be active or inactive for the season will result in account closure. If you wish to sell your Equity Membership to receive the $2,500 share, contact Membership@MerrimackPool.org.
