Before submitting an application, be sure to read about the waitlist process and wait times for swim privileges. Then complete this form and submit the non-refundable $50 application fee to join the waitlist at Merrimack Pool.

After submitting your application, login to your account to add immediate family members residing in your household and be sure each adult has personal contact information, photos for all account members, and an emergency contact who is not an account member. Add MerrimackPool@gmail.com to your contacts/safe senders to receive pool communications.

Application is hereby made for membership in Merrimack Pool. I agree to be responsible for full and timely payment of the equity fee when offered membership (currently $1900, subject to change), annual dues, and any assessments established by the Board of Directors. I further agree that if offered a membership, I will either pay the then-official fee, or I will withdraw my application. I understand that offers of swim privileges and other pool communications are sent by email so I will be responsible for keeping my contact information up-to-date. Accounts will be closed if offers for swim privileges are not responded to. I affirm that only immediate family members residing in our household will be listed on the account. By checking this box I agree to the terms and conditions of the pool.
