Note on swimming lessons in lap lanes:  As before, we will allow instructors to conduct private lessons in a vacant lap lane if there is one available. However, lap lane swimmers who wish to use the lap lanes have unquestioned priority over swimming instruction and should request that an instructor move the lesson to the open water area of the pool. All swim instructors know this; all you need to do is ask the instructor to move the lesson. But you do need to ask.
