Annual Meeting for Equity Members
Tuesday, June 27, 7:00pm-9:00pm
Dear Merrimack Equity Members,
Our Annual Membership Meeting is Tuesday, June 27, 2023, from 7:00pm – 9:00pm at the pool. Dinner will be provided so please RSVP today so we know how much food to provide. Please note that dinner is for (up to two) adults attending the meeting.
We strongly encourage you to attend, as we need a quorum to approve the operating budget, elect Board members, and conduct other pool business. But as important, we want to hear from you about your ideas for making Merrimack even more enjoyable for its members. In the event of rain (or noxious wildfire smoke), we will need to reschedule the meeting, to a future date to be determined.

At the meeting, the Board will nominate Chris Robinson-Beers and Kevin Stults, each currently on the Board, for second 3-year terms.
This in-person meeting is part of a series of events that we have planned for the pool this year. Many thanks to all of you who have attended Annual Meetings and who have participated in and helped organize swim team, dive team, and other events, large and small, at the pool. We greatly value your contributions to the Merrimack community.
We look forward to seeing you on June 27. The pool will close at 6:30pm that evening for all but Equity Members. Note that this is a business meeting for adult members and their spouses/domestic partners. However, the pool will remain open until 8:00pm with lifeguards on duty for families of Equity Members only.
