Annual Meeting for Equity Members
The Board will hold the 2024 Annual Meeting at the pool from 7:00pm-9:00pm on Tuesday July 9. Attendance is limited to Equity Members (those who have paid their Equity Member deposit).
Dinner will be provided, compliments of the pool, to each account holder and one other adult. We will be serving Beef Quesadillas, Chicken Tacos, and Vegetarian Quesadillas, along with sides of chips, guacamole, and salsa from Pralines. Please RSVP by Noon on Friday, July 5 and pick your preferred entree so we will have enough dinners available.
There are a few formalities, but most of the meeting is member discussion. This is your chance to let the Board know what does and does not work at the pool. Please attend and make your views known!

We strongly encourage you to attend, as we need a quorum to approve the operating budget, elect Board members, and conduct other pool business. But as important, we want to hear from you about your ideas for making Merrimack more enjoyable for its members. In the event of rain, we will need to reschedule the meeting, to a future date to be determined.
The pool will close at 6:30pm that evening for all but Equity Members. Note that this is a business meeting for adult members and their spouses/domestic partners. However, the pool will remain open until 8:00pm with lifeguards on duty for families of Equity Members only.
